Darom By Yatir White

Darom White 2019 - The wine consists of 54% Viognier from Yatir Forest vineyards and 46% Sauvignon Blanc from old vines in Ramat Arad. The wines were fermented in stainless steel tanks and were matured partly in stainless steel and some in 500-liter old barrels. The color of the wine is golden straw. Aromas of citrus, jasmine, and chamomile. In the mouth, ripeness, freshness, acidity, and minerality, a combination of citrus and green pear flavors. A balanced and restrained gastronomic wine.
