Jelinek Slivovitz Gold 10 Year Old - Plum Brandy

Golden kosher-certified plum brandy, aged in Limousin oak barrels for ten years. Only the highest quality hand-picked plum fruits are used for its production. It is made by three-stage distillation of ripe plum yeast, followed by maturation. Thanks to it, the color of the plum brandy is golden, the aroma is close to cognac and the taste is harmoniously soft and fruity with a strong woody undertone.
