A classic Pomeral blend. This blend is primarily Merlot, coupled with Cabernet Franc, which gives this wine at once a soft round fruit mouth-feel. The good structure of the Cab Franc adds depth and aging potential, so the wine will evolve over time to be more complex and layered. It is enjoyed best with medium to rich flavoured dishes like chicken marsala, stews and hearty soups.
The wine displays beautiful aromas of raspberry, berry, and hints of wet earth. It’s full-bodied, with a good core of fruit, fine tannins, and bright acidity.
