The full-bodied wine has a velvety texture with a long, elegant finish. Region: Upper Galilee. Varieties: 80% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot. Technical Data: Undergoing about 14 days of fermentation on skins at 28ºC (82ºF) and full malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
